The vision for Lin’s Healthcare Training began in 2014 when I first dreamed of creating a healthcare training company dedicated to empowering future professionals. With over a decade of experience as a bedside nurse since 2011, I have worked directly with patients in a variety of settings, including hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, group homes, and home care. These experiences gave me invaluable insight into the essential skills and compassionate approach required in healthcare.

For the past six years, my career evolved into education, where I served as a clinical educator and staff trainer, helping to shape the next generation of healthcare professionals. Teaching and training became my passion, and I became dedicated to ensuring that every student and employee had the knowledge, confidence, and hands-on experience needed to succeed.

Though life and responsibilities delayed my original plans, my commitment to education never wavered. In 2023, I finally took the first steps to bring my vision to life, working tirelessly to establish a training center that prioritizes excellence, accessibility, and compassionate learning. By August 2024, that dream became a reality as I proudly welcomed my first group of students—a milestone that marked the beginning of something truly special.

Every lesson, every training session, and every certification earned is a testament to the dedication and perseverance that went into building this company. My goal is to help others achieve their dreams in healthcare, ensuring that each student is equipped to provide the highest standard of care to those in need.
